Acceptance of Terms. By using https://fridaysplumbing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Friday's Plumbing markets and arranges Water Line Repair, Sewer Line Repair, Sewer Line Replacement, Hot Water Line Repair, Pipe Replacement, Faucet Repair, Drain Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://fridaysplumbing.com is the property of Friday's Plumbing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Friday's Plumbing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Friday's Plumbing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friday's Plumbing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Friday's Plumbing in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Friday's Plumbing from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SC for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
